Set an opening and closing time. Before it opens people see “not started yet”; after it closes voting stops by itself.

Moderation

For word clouds and open questions use Moderate to hide or delete any answer. Obvious bad words are hidden automatically.

Hide results until reveal

In a question’s settings keep the results off the big screen until you press Reveal.

Your look

In Session settings choose English or Arabic, a colour theme, your logo and background, audience Q&A, reactions and a device limit per network.

Duplicate and templates

Copy a session, or save it as your own template to reuse.

Data retention

Sessions with no activity for 90 days are deleted automatically.

Tips and fixes

Before the audience arrivesTest your session with your own phone. Keep question text short and use at most six options so everything fits the projector. Add a 15–30 second time limit to quiz questions to keep the energy up.
Nothing happens when I press Reveal
Reveal works on Quiz questions only. Poll, word cloud and the other types have no correct answer.
My audience cannot join
Check the code, and that the session is not scheduled for later. If many people share one network, raise the device limit in Session settings.
The sign-in email did not arrive
Look in spam, wait a minute, or use Google instead.
I cannot see the control buttons on the presenter screen
Sign in as the session owner. The screen itself works for anyone with the code, but only you get the buttons.
