1. The service

FaisPulse lets creators run live polls, quizzes and similar interactive sessions, and lets participants join anonymously. It is provided by FaisTune Creation, Muscat, Oman ("we").

2. Accounts

Creators sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be allowed to use Google's services and be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to: break the law; harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone; collect sensitive personal data from participants; share content you have no right to share; try to access other people's sessions or data; attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or send spam. You are responsible for the questions you write and for telling participants how their answers will be used.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions and results you create. You allow us to store and display them as needed to run the service. Answers from participants belong to the context of your session; if you collect personal data you are responsible for doing so lawfully.

5. Fair use and limits

To keep the service fast for everyone we apply limits (for example on sessions created per day, questions per session and responses per question). Sessions that are unused for 90 days are deleted automatically. Export anything you need to keep.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Do not rely on it as the only record of important results.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the service.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
